FAQ

Short answers to the questions people ask most.

What's the difference between a bundle and a snipe?

A bundle puts several buys in one block, all or nothing, for one tip. A snipe sends each buy as its own transaction straight after the create, so some can land even if others don't. In a launch, the create's bundle holds the dev's buy and up to 17 more. See Steps.

Can I cancel a launch?

Not once it's sent: creating a coin and its buys are on-chain transactions. Until you press Launch on the review, nothing is spent. Funding wallets ahead of time can be pulled back from Launch settings.

Why did a buy get skipped?

A step is skipped when the market cap has already passed its limit (Skip if the cap is over, set for the launch, the step or the wallet), when outside buys passed its Stop if outside buys pass line, or when it missed and was set to skip.

Where do my creator fees go?

To the dev wallet. Claim them from the coin's trade panel, or every coin at once with Claim all on the Launch page.

How do I get my money out?

From a coin: Nuke sells everything, then Withdraw moves the proceeds; Close out does both and claims fees in one go. From the wallet manager: select wallets and Send everything to your treasury. Then send from the treasury to wherever you like.

What does Coinwave charge?

A platform fee on what you buy and sell: 1%, stepping down to 0.4% as your 30-day volume grows, or nothing with Pro. Launchpads and networks charge their own fees on top. See Fees.

How do I keep my wallets from looking linked?

Space their fundings 30 minutes or more apart, and use wallets first funded at different times. Bundle Studio's wallet picker recommends wallets that already look apart.

Can I use wallets I already have?

Yes. Import them by private key into the wallet manager, add them to a launch with Add wallets › Some of yours, or paste keys straight into Bundle Studio.

Why is a wallet missing from my launch?

Locked wallets are left out of launches, sends and trades. Unlock it from its panel in the wallet manager.

Does Coinwave hold my keys?

Coinwave signs for your wallets so it can trade from hundreds of them at once, and you can export any wallet's key at any time after confirming it's you.

Can I use Coinwave on my phone?

Coinwave is built for a computer: it needs a window at least 768px wide, and is laid out for 1024px and up. These docs work on any screen.
