Launching

The coin dialog

Every launch starts here: the coin's picture, name and ticker, its links and its contract address. Clone or import a coin from the same place.

Press New coin on the Launch page. The dialog keeps a draft as you type, so you can close it and carry on later from the Drafts filter in your coin list.

The coin

Picture
Required. PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, under 2 MB. Click, drop a file, or paste an image. A file you pick opens Crop the picture: drag to place it, zoom up to 4×, and check it on its card and in lists, then Use picture. It's saved as a 512×512 square; Adjust crop reopens it. Animated GIFs and pasted pictures skip the crop.
Name
Required, up to 32 characters. It can't be changed once the coin launches.
Ticker
Required, up to 10 letters and digits. It follows the name until you change it: the first word if it's 3 to 10 letters, otherwise the initials.
Description
Optional, up to 280 characters.
Links
Optional X, Telegram and website links. Paste a link anywhere in the dialog and it lands in the right one.

Where it launches

Coins launch on Solana, on Pump.fun, LetsBonk, Meteora DBC or Bags, paired with SOL. Each starts on a bonding curve, which sets its price from how much has been bought, and moves to a pool once it graduates: PumpSwap, Raydium or Meteora. Each launchpad takes its own fee on every buy and sell; see Fees.

Launches are paid from your Solana treasury. If you don't have one yet, the dialog says so and offers Make one.

Creator fees

Pump.fun pays the coin's creator a share of its trading fees. They go to the dev wallet, and you claim them from the coin's page. Share fees splits them with up to 10 wallets for good: the dev wallet sets the shares inside the launch itself, so the coin is never live unshared (Launch setup says so after).

Contract address

Pump.fun's
The address Pump.fun hands out, ending in pump. The default.
Ending in letters you pick
Up to four letters. Your browser searches for an address that ends in them just before the launch goes out; each extra letter takes much longer to find, so four can take a few minutes.
From your own key
Use an address you already hold the key for, such as a vanity address you made yourself.

Write a post to send a post on X as the coin launches, linked to it. Connect your X account in the sheet (Connect X), then write up to 280 characters; it starts from the ticker, name and description, and the coin's address is added below it once the coin exists. Add up to 4 pictures, or use the coin's own. With Post with the launch on, the launch button reads Post & launch $TICKER. If the coin has no X link, the post becomes it. If the post fails, the launch goes ahead without it.

What next

Open in Bundle Studio
Plan which wallets buy, how much and when. ⌘ ↵ does the same. See Bundle Studio.
Quick launch
Launch now on a saved setup, after a look at where it leaves you. See Setups and Quick launch.

Until the picture, name and ticker are filled in, the footer says what's missing, and pressing on marks the field to fix.

Clone a coin

Start from a coin that already exists: Clone on the Launch page takes any coin's address or one of yours, and pasting a contract address anywhere in the coin dialog does the same. Coinwave looks the coin up and copies its picture, name, ticker, description and links. Change anything before it launches. One of your own coins also has Clone in its row's menu and on its page.

Import a coin

Import brings in any Solana coin by its mint address, wherever it launched, so you can trade it from your wallets and see it in your list. It doesn't launch anything, and it arrives with no wallets: add them from its page.
