Launching
Steps
A launch's buys go out in steps. Each step is a group of wallets and a way of sending them: with the create, at a set time after it, or held back.
| Step | How its buys go out |
|---|---|
| With the create | In one Jito bundle with the create and the dev's buy, before anyone else can buy. Up to 17 buys besides the dev's on Pump.fun, 18 on LetsBonk and Meteora DBC, 16 on Bags. Every launch has this step. |
| Bundle | Every buy together in one Jito bundle, a set time after the create. Up to 19 buys. |
| Snipe | Every buy in one Jito bundle aimed at a block one to three after the create, priced again if the market moved. Up to 19 buys. |
| Wave | One buy after another with a wait between each, the way real buyers drift in. |
| Held back | Funded at launch but waiting: for you to send them from the coin page, a set time, a dip, or to trade by hand. |
The whole plan goes to Coinwave's servers with the launch, which run every step from the moment the create is seen in a block: snipes aimed at their block, waves as one buy after another, held buys when they're released. You can close the page. One launch buys from up to 200 wallets besides the dev.
Read and change a step
Each step card has a sentence with words you can change, then its wallets. Columns show each wallet's share of the supply, when it goes and what it buys with; wider windows add the market cap after it and how much it's topped up.
- With the create
- The dev buys its share, an amount of its own, a share of the supply (exact, since it's the first buy on the curve), or nothing and only creates the coin.
- Snipe
- Its block, one to three after the create; if it misses, retry the next blocks, skip it or stop the rest.
- Wave
- From a number of seconds after the create, one buy every so many seconds; give a range for an uneven rhythm. Buys are at least 0.4s apart.
- Bundle
- At a number of seconds after the create. Within three blocks it goes as a snipe.
- Held back
- Until you send them (Snipe now on the coin page), a set time passes, it dips to a market cap, or you trade them by hand.
A step's menu can space its buys out, move them into a wave, bundle them, hold them back, add a wallet, or remove the step (its wallets join the one before). The row under the steps adds a Bundle, Snipe, Wave or Hold back step, made from the wallets you've selected or three new ones.
Wallets
- Add wallets adds a new wallet, some of yours, or wallets from private keys you paste. Some of yours ticks the Recommended ones to start: unlocked wallets first funded over a day ago, at least 25 minutes apart, so the set doesn't read as one batch.
- Type an amount on a row to fix it; the others share what's left. Back to its share undoes that.
- Select rows with the checkbox, Shift or ⌘. The dock can bundle them together, space them out, hold them back, or edit them all at once.
- A row's menu moves it to another step, makes it the dev wallet, exports its key, or takes it out of the launch. Esc clears the selection.
The side panel
Click a wallet or a step to edit it in the panel on the right; ↑ and ↓ move between wallets, Esc closes it.
- A wallet
- Its buy, which step it goes in and its order, Skip if the cap is over, its own slippage and priority, what it keeps for selling, and which wallet it really is. The dev wallet always buys in the create transaction.
- A step
- When it goes, whether it's a Bundle, Snipe or Wave and the wait between its buys, its tip, slippage and priority, what to do if it misses, Skip if the cap is over, and Stop if outside buys pass.
Stop if outside buys pass watches buys from wallets that aren't yours from the launch on. Once they pass your amount, whatever's left of the step is called off and its money stays in its wallets.
Limits
- The create's bundle holds the dev's buy and up to 17 more. An overfull step is marked.
- A step whose market-cap limit is already passed when its turn comes is skipped.
