Terms of Service

The rules for using Coinwave: what it is and isn't, the risks you take on, fees, and what each side is responsible for.

Effective [date]. These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [registered address] ("Coinwave", "we"). By signing in or using Coinwave you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Coinwave.

What Coinwave is

Coinwave is software for creating and managing wallets, launching tokens on third-party launchpads, and trading them. It carries out the actions you choose. It is not a broker, exchange, bank or investment adviser, and nothing in Coinwave is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Who can use it

  • You must be at least [18, or the age of majority where you live].
  • You can't use Coinwave if you're in, or a resident of, [restricted countries or regions], or if you're on a sanctions list.
  • You're responsible for making sure using Coinwave, and each feature you use, is legal where you are.

Your account

You sign in with an email link, Discord, Telegram, a wallet or a passkey. Keep those secure and turn on two-factor: anyone who gets into your account can act as you. Tell us at [security contact email] straight away if you think someone has.

Wallets, keys and transactions

  • [State plainly who holds the keys to wallets made or imported in Coinwave and how they're protected. Confirm with engineering.]
  • You can export a wallet's key at any time. Once a key is exported, anyone who has it can move everything in that wallet, and we can't stop them.
  • Transactions on a blockchain are final. We can't reverse, cancel or refund a transaction once it's sent, including one sent to a wrong address.
  • Networks, launchpads, exchanges and other services can be slow, fail or change without notice. A transaction can fail and still cost a network fee.

Risks you take on

New tokens are extremely risky. Their price can fall to zero in seconds, liquidity can disappear, and most lose value. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely. Estimates Coinwave shows (market caps, P&L, costs, break-even points) are based on the data available at the time and may be wrong.

Fees

Coinwave's own fees are shown before you confirm an action, and are listed in the docs on fees. Network fees, launchpad fees, exchange fees and priority tips are charged by those networks and services, not by us. [Describe billing for paid plans, renewals and refunds.]

What you must not do

  • Break any law or regulation, including laws on securities, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering and sanctions, that applies to you or to what you do with Coinwave.
  • Mislead people about a token, its team or its backers, or use Coinwave to scam anyone.
  • Use someone else's account or keys without permission.
  • Attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of Coinwave.
  • [Add any feature-specific rules, for example for volume and wash tools.]

Third-party services

Coinwave connects to launchpads, exchanges, data providers and accounts like X. Their own terms apply when you use them through Coinwave, and we aren't responsible for what they do.

Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using Coinwave at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. [Describe notice and how users get access to their funds or keys if an account is closed.]

Disclaimers

Coinwave is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. [Lawyers to finalise.]

Limits on our liability

[Lawyers to write the limitation of liability and indemnity, including any cap and the losses excluded, in line with the governing law.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. Using Coinwave after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. [Describe how disputes are resolved, and where.]
